Build your range.
Choose your models and quantities. Request current pricing, colour availability, minimum order quantities and production lead times.
Make a clear brief.
Ask about logo application, packaging, manuals and language options. Customisation is subject to model compatibility, sample approval and supplier confirmation.
See it first.
Request a sample quotation to check the finish, functions and packaging before agreeing a larger order. Sample pricing and freight are quoted separately.
From enquiry to shipment
- Product brief: models, quantities, colours, destination and customisation.
- Quotation: confirm unit prices, currency, MOQ, sample costs and lead time.
- Sample & specification approval: approve the exact configuration and any artwork.
- Pro forma invoice: confirm seller, payment schedule, shipping term and beneficiary details.
- Payment: use the invoice-specific payment link or the bank details stated on the approved invoice.
- Shipment & support: confirm dispatch details, tracking or transport documents and the agreed after-sales process.
Documents for your market
Tell us your destination market and required documentation when requesting a quote. Product-specific test reports, declarations, battery transport documents and packaging information must be checked for the selected model and shipment. Certification logos in a general catalogue are not model-specific proof.
Shipping and commercial terms
Ask for a quotation that states the named delivery place, shipping method and agreed Incoterms® rule and version where applicable. Freight, insurance, import taxes and customs responsibilities depend on that written agreement. We do not quote a fixed worldwide delivery time.
