Product information and quotations

This website is a product catalogue and enquiry service. Catalogue images and specifications are provided for selection and do not form an order confirmation. Prices, model configurations, minimum quantities, availability and lead times are confirmed in an individual written quotation.

Order confirmation

The contracting seller, buyer, selected models, quantities, specifications, currency, total price, payment schedule and delivery terms must be stated in the accepted quotation or pro forma invoice before payment. A website enquiry alone does not create an order.

Shipping, duties and acceptance

The written order should identify the delivery location, shipping method, responsibility for freight, insurance, customs, duties and taxes, and any agreed inspection or acceptance process. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless agreed in writing.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, changes, refund eligibility and deductions depend on the terms agreed before the order, including whether samples, tooling, customisation or production have started. Request written confirmation before assuming a change or return is accepted.

Warranty and after-sales service

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, evidence requirements, return procedures and responsibility for return freight are agreed for each order. No universal warranty period is stated on this website. Report issues with the order reference and affected model before returning goods.

Governing terms

The seller’s legal identity, applicable law and dispute-resolution arrangements must be provided in the written commercial agreement. These general website notes do not replace that agreement.
