Can I order a sample?
Use Request a sample on a product page. Sample availability, cost and shipping are confirmed before an order is placed.
Can you add a logo or custom packaging?
Include your requirements in an OEM enquiry. Feasibility, artwork requirements, setup costs and minimum quantities need to be confirmed for each model.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery depends on stock or production time, destination, carrier and customs. Your quotation should state the estimated production and transit times separately.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available methods are specified on your confirmed invoice. If a hosted card or PayPal invoice is available, use the unique payment link supplied for that invoice. Bank transfer instructions are shared on the approved pro forma invoice.
What about import duties and taxes?
Freight, insurance, duties and taxes are itemised or assigned in the written quotation and agreed delivery terms. Confirm these before placing an order.
Are all advertised resolutions native sensor resolutions?
No such claim is made. Catalogue figures describe the listed capture or output modes. Ask for sensor specifications and sample files if native resolution is material to your purchase.
Where can I get certification documents?
Request the specific documents needed for your model and destination market. A logo or statement in a general catalogue is not a substitute for a current model-specific report.
How do I report a product issue?
Contact sales with your order reference, model, quantity affected and a description, photographs or video of the issue. Repair, replacement, return authorisation and freight responsibilities follow the terms agreed for that order. Do not send goods back before return instructions are confirmed.
